Giving Opportunities

The Marilyn & Gordon Macklin Intergenerational Institute is a not-for-profit, tax exempt charitable organization under section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Donations made to our organization are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

The Macklin Intergenerational Institute's mission is to continually improve lives of all ages through multi-age programming, care, community relationships, and creative communication. We believe that by combining generations, we are diminishing generational disconnectedness - the geographical and emotional divide between children and elders.

Your contribution provides the Institute the opportunity to continue our important efforts. We appreciate the fact that you value our work and we are pleased that you chose to support us.

Donations will be used:
• For the development of additional trainings in the fields of intergenerational studies, gerontology and early childhood education
• To provide training scholarships for students and community members
• To create and enhance existing intergenerational environments
